Entry Load: Nil
Exit Load: 1 ) If units of the Scheme are redeemed or switched out up to 10% of the units (the limit) within 12 months from the date of allotment - Nil. 2) If units of the scheme are redeemed or switched out in excess of the limit within 12 months from the date of allotment - 1% of the applicable NAV. 3) If units of scheme are redeemed or switched out after 12 months from the date of allotment - Nil. The above load shall also be applicable for switches between the schemes of the Fund and all Systematic Investment Plans, Systematic Transfer Plans, Systematic Withdrawal Plans. No load will be charged on dividend re-investment units and bonus units. Switch of investments from Regular Plan to Direct Plan under the same Scheme/Plan shall be subject to applicable exit load, unless the investments were made directly i.e. without any distributor code. However, any subsequent switch-out or redemption of such investments from Direct Plan will not be subject to any exit load. No exit load shall be levied for switch-out from Direct Plan to Regular Plan. However, any subsequent switch-out or redemption of such investment from Regular Plan shall be subject to exit load based on the date of switch in of investment into the Regular Plan. In accordance with the requirements specified by the SEBI circular no. SEBI/ IMD/ CIR No. 4/ 168230/09 dated June 30, 2009 no entry load will be charged for purchase/additional purchase/ switch-in accepted by the Fund. The upfront commission on investment made by the investor, if any, shall be paid to the ARN Holder directly by the investor, based on the investor?s assessment of various factors including service rendered by the ARN Holder. The exit load charged, net of Goods and Services Tax (GST), if any shall be credited to the Scheme.
